Massage Therapy - New Patients

Choose this option if you are a NEW patient or if it been MORE than two years since your last appointment. Choose this option if you are a NEW patient or if it been MORE than two years since your last appointment.

Therapeutic Swedish massage techniques which involve manipulation of soft tissues- muscles, ligaments, tendons, connective tissue and joint capsules are used in this treatment. Massage is ideal for relaxing tense muscles, easing stress and tension, improving mobility and physical performance, relieving pain, and improving sleep. Patients will discuss their needs and goals with their RMT to develop a plan that is right for them.

Massage Therapy - Returning Patients

Choose this option if you are currently receiving treatment from one of our RMT's or if it has been LESS than two years since your last appointment at the clinic.

Heather Catton RMT

Heather has always had a passion for health and wellness and has now incorporated that into working as a massage therapist. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She will meet you where you are at in your journey and work with you to develop a treatment plan to address your concerns and assist you on your path to feeling better.

Mandy Fegan RMT, CDT

Areas of focus: therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal, motor vehicle accidents

Mandy graduated from the D’Arcy Lane Institute of Massage with honors and is also an alumni of Fanshawe College. She has always had an interest in the human body, how it works, and how to keep it performing at its peak condition. Since beginning her career as a massage therapist she has treated people with a variety of different health concerns ranging from everyday issues such as tension headaches to more complex conditions and injuries. Mandy believes in working with her clients to develop a treatment plan that will help them feel better, reach their goals, and continue to do the things that they enjoy. She is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and is a member of the Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario (RMTAO). When she isn’t working Mandy enjoys spending time with her family, golfing, reading, baking, and traveling.

Cameron is a second generation RMT who graduated from the D’Arcy Lane Institute. He has seen the many benefits of massage therapy in action throughout his whole life. Since becoming registered, Cameron has kept himself busy in his field; working in both walk-in and rehabilitation clinics, treating people with injuries and conditions that vary from everyday wear and tear to workplace stress to motor vehicle accidents.
